Please read these terms carefully before using our Service. By accessing or using Local Pro Connect (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Local Pro Connect is a directory service connecting consumers with local, verified trade professionals. Our role is strictly to facilitate the initial connection between the client and the service provider.
Important: While we take steps to verify the identity and qualifications of the listed professionals, including ID and reference checks, we do not guarantee the quality of work performed by any Professional.
You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence (checking references, verifying insurance, etc.) before hiring and entering into any contract with a Professional.
Professionals pay an annual fee to be listed on the Service. This fee covers listing maintenance and verification costs. It is not commission-based. All listing fees are non-refundable, regardless of leads generated or early termination of the listing.
Local Pro Connect will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or disputes—including financial losses, property damage, or breach of contract—arising from your interactions, agreements, or services received from listed Professionals.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
